C.O.C. was a great band ,till they went full-on metal ,and began to blend in with every other band's sound,I prefer the Animosity album myself,or anything with Mike Dean ,who I consider their best vocalist. You can plainly see by the back cover photos ,that these guys had no skinhead affiliations at all , one dude even resembles that keyboard playing doctor lookin' dude who was in Prince's band at one point! Thanks for the comments ,I thrive on them!G O Dhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13057736939790370437noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5865820437846155833.post-51093700493091496702012-02-21T20:17:55.281-05:002012-02-21T20:17:55.281-05:00Man, it is amazing you posted this. I embarassingly picked up this record in some Boynton Beach music shop in '88 or so (foolishly thinking it was some oi punk album - what with the "SS" on the cover) and was so appalled after the first minute of listening to it I actually convinced my grandmother (!) to bring me back to the shop where my thirteen year old ass demanded my money back. The shop grudgingly gave me store credit and I ended up buying COC's "Technocracy" instead. 25 years later I think I made the right choice.winston95https://www.blogger.com/profile/16687644019863168223noreply@blogger.com
