3 wandering minstrel-like tracks ,that once again are culled from the same well as early David Jones (later name-change to Bowie ,as to distinguish himself from the singer of the then popular Monkees!) .Kinda sounds as if these tracks were recorded in the atmosphere shown in the cover art. Floating above the Earth in a tin can ,singing and playing away ,like there's no tomorrow (and maybe there's not!). Bitchin' stuff from a prolific artist ,man this guy gets around!

Funny you mention the David Jones thing. On the day that Davey Jones died, after I got off work I posted a Facebook status saying "R.I.P. David Bowie." Some people didn't get it, not surprisingly, haha. To be honest, I never really listened to Bowie all that much, except for the Low album.
I originally wanted the artwork to be something like a drive-in theatre at night, but I couldn't any good photos of them, and I wasn't able to take a picture of the Silver Moon Drive-In in Lakeland, so my next resort was the Telstar...After recording the title track, I immediately thought of the original recording of Joe Meek's "Telstar." Thus, the artwork, haha.
