The title is from a myopia song,that only a handful of people have ever heard.
The meaning I read into it,is John Wayne Gacy and his Pogo the clown character,and just the fact that clowns are often scary and creepy to some people,weird and nightmare inducing paintings of clowns,killer clowns from outerspace,and remember the rash of roadside clown sightings a few years back? This is a trippy soundtrack to a movie never made,a movie in my head where a demented laughing clown chases someone down a dark hallway in an abandoned building,all the while swinging a knife and a hammer and maniacally giggling and screaming.The sound is psychedelic noise rock ,leaning more towards mind blowing sounds,than actual music.A feeling of dread is conjured up,and hangs stiffly in the stagnant buzz of warm amplifier feedback.And the garish sideshow-like art of Grey Meatballs,our Sluggisha in-house artist.there is only one track,"Clown Is For Killing",and there is no back cover for this disasterpiece soundscape of the hall of whirling clown knives! Look behind you!
