Yay!! my buddy Peter Norvaisas ,a/k/a GEFILTE FIST ,has joined me for this fine split on the eve of our country's semi-quincentennial! This is a special release,made by special people,if you are like us,Peter and I,then you will understand ,and probably really like this,if you do not yet know the genius of GEFILTE FIST and/or NOISEKILLR ,well,you finna fine out!! GEFILTE FIST issues 5 tracks of semi-coherent lyrical odysseys,that will astound with the words and sounds! Really great stuff from Peter ,who is also on his own year-long journey of making a video on youtube every day of 2026 ,so we are in this together! He makes viseos of his daily life ,where he usually always takes out garbage and says,"Geronimo!" when it plops into the can,and also does laundry ,weekly,and pays the rent once a month,sometimes he goes running at flatwoods,other times around the parking lot of his complex,and sometimes there is a surprise,like a publix visit or another of many locations you can follow his daily vlog here : www.youtube.com/@PeterNorvaisas
NOISEKILLR on this one,does a couple weird heavy metal chuggers,and then does a slew of garbage rock tunes,in honor of my guest on this split,the aforementioned Peter Norvaisas...some sing song sing-a-longs ,and some spacey noisepunk jams ,with extra added garbage ,for fans of that kind of thing..... probably one of my favorite releases of recent memory,i will be listening to this a few times ,to let it all sink in! all in all i think it was a successful split,and I thanks Peter and his whole band for sending me these tracks,once again,great stuff!!
