Albany ,NY is where this grungy rock band was from . The bassist ,Surgeon General ,was in a NYHC band in 1983 ,"Capitle". Side a is pure grunge ,with almost Gibby-like vocals. Side b is harder edged,bridging hard core to grunge.Not bad for 1991 ,their second release ,on Erl Records.
