SLUGGISHA'S XMASTRAVAGANZA #15 - 2025!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

 

Now in it's 15 volume,SLUGGISHA'S XMASTRAVAGANZA ,lives on!! This year was a hard one,as WCSB ,our first fanbase,and the only radio station that would playSLUGGISHA'S XMASTRAVAGANZA  year after year,doing call-ins,and interviews live on air! the station has now sadly been crushed by cruddy corporate radio,playing easy listening jazz,and is out of commission,as far as the college kids running it.FUCK Ideastream and Jazz-Neo ...long live WCSB and the Dricore Show!! Also to all the stations that play songs from the Xmastravaganza collections,thank you so much! Some noteable djs who play selections,and sometimes interview me and bands from the comp are:

Archive Angel Dave and ihatefreespeech.net where he does his show ,Ride The Accident,formerly of The Great Lakes Radio Conspiracy show on WCSB (R.I.P.),has been a friend of Sluggisha for many a year now,and always gives us airplay,and interview time, Jon at WPRB ,Princeton,NJ ,103.3,who this year is on his 37th year doing a 25 hour Christmas music marathon,and he always includes several songs from the Xmastravaganza shows,look him up,the show starts at 5pm Christmas Eve,and there is a few links to listen and/or livestream! Chris Stagg does the Punkified show ,over at surreyhillsradio.uk ,and always includes some songs from the compilations,in fact he wrote the lyrics to the ChristmaSkids song on this here compilation,Open The Gifts,a spoof of Into The Valley,by of course,The Skids,and I hear he's working on an Undertones xmas song for me to do next year! And so many more djs and radio stations and podcasts than I can list here! We have had the compilations played all over the globe,through the years,and ,frankly,it still astounds me that I have made and impression on people all over,and they look forward to hear what was,is now,and is to come,and to all of you, Have a Merry Christmas,and a Happy New Year,and thank you for listening,purchasing,supporting,and otherwise giving attention to Sluggisha Tapes,now celebrating our 35th year as a label!!!

Thanks to everyone ,who made this year's compilation happen.It is right in line with the rest of the SLUGGISHA'S XMASTRAVAGANZA volumes,as far as quality and quantity.With stunning art by Jason "Evil" Covelli,and stellar production by Eric Idol & G O D,this one is sure to be a hit,all around the globe!Come radio stations and podcasts ,far and wide! You are welcome to delve into this and the rest of our catalog,for material to play on air!
