I just watched Hated- the G.G. documentary...whatta nutjob!!
I acknowledge his stance as the ONLY pure voice of anti-authoritarianism, or rebellion in rock, but really...
I have to smirk at people who talk about 'Rock -n- Roll' as some grand thing...as in "You can't Stop Rock-n-Roll", by Twisted Sister. Speaking of which, I found a vinyl copy of Come Out & Play, with the manhole cover, which lifts to reveal a popup Dee Snider!
